Omega 3-6-9 contains unsaturated fatty acids Omega-3 - EPA, DHA, ALA, Omega-6 - LA and Omega-9 - OA. The composition is enriched with vitamin E, which helps protect cells against oxidative stress.

EPA and DHA acids contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day. Additionally, DHA contributes to maintaining the proper functioning of the brain and maintaining proper vision. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of DHA per day. Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (LA) help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 2g of ALA and 10g of LA per day.

Ingredients:  Fish oil (fish), linseed oil, sunflower seed oil, capsule shell: gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate).

Directions for use:  Recommended portion of the product to be consumed during the day, necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Drink water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Product for adults. Consumption of the product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to lead a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.
