Ingredients:  Organic dried flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum) 100%.

Preparation:  Pour 3 cups of water over 2-3 teaspoons of seeds and simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool, strain. Drink ½ cup 2-3 times daily.

Suggested daily portion for consumption during the day up to 20 g.
