Allergen information:  Gluten free. Lactose free. Preservative free. Sweetener free.

Daily Portion:  The daily portion of the product depends on the indications for which the probiotic is being used. The optimal daily portion is 1 to 2 sachets per day.

Directions for use:  Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 125 ml of water or other beverage at room temperature. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not consume immediately before or after eating a hot meal or drinking a hot beverage.

Supplementation duration:  The duration of supplementation depends on the indications for which the probiotic is being used. However, comprehensive probiotic therapy lasts 1-3 months and can be extended if necessary. Please refer to the dosing schedule.

Storage:  To ensure maximum activity and effectiveness of our products, we recommend storing them at 2-8 degrees Celsius. Studies confirm the stability of our products when stored for 7 days at room temperature.
