Ingredients:  menaquinone 7 (vitamin K2), bulking agent: maltodextrin, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

How to use:  1 capsule a day. It is best to consume it during a meal with enough water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and balanced diet should be followed. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation.

Important:  Vitamin K2 MK-7 MSE should not be taken while taking substances that inhibit blood clotting (e.g. coumarins, synthetic coumarin derivatives).
