Ingredients:  fillers: maltodextrin and microcrystalline cellulose, glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, cholecalciferol (vitamin D), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use:  1 capsule a day during a meal, drinking a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and balanced diet should be followed. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation.
