Ingredients: fish  oil concentrate  from anchovies and sardines , gelatin, humectant: glycerol (glycerin), purified water, antioxidant: vitamin E.

Directions for use:  1-2 capsules: 1-2 times a day, 1 capsule, preferably before or during a meal with an appropriate amount of liquid, do not chew.

The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of DHA per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (substitute) for a varied diet. You should follow a healthy lifestyle and eat a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation.
