How to use: Take 2 capsules once a day with a meal.
Recommended daily dose: The recommended daily dose (2 capsules) contains:
cold-pressed linseed oil - 1,000 mg, including:
alpha-linolenic acid: 428 mg,
linoleic acid: 66 mg,
oleic acid: 66 mg.
Ingredients: Cold-pressed linseed oil, beef gelatin, humectant: glycerol, antioxidant: mixture of tocopherols.
Storage: Protect from light, store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C. Keep out of the reach of small children.
