Recommended daily intake
Take one capsule daily with a meal containing fat to aid vitamin absorption. Each serving provides 4000 IU of vitamin D3, which is 2000% of your daily requirement, and 100 µg of vitamin K2. The product is not recommended for people taking anticoagulant medications such as warfarin or acenocoumarol, due to its vitamin K content.
