Ingredients:  MCT oil from coconut (medium-chain triglycerides of fatty acids), antioxidant: mixture of tocopherols, cholecalciferol (vitamin D from lanolin).

How to use:  Shake well before use. Measure the recommended portion and add it to water, juice or other cool liquid. Recommended daily dose: 1 application. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
