Ingredients:  MCT oil from coconut (medium-chain triglycerides of fatty acids), antioxidant: alpha-tocopherol, cholecalciferol (vitamin D obtained from lanolin).

How to use:

Shake well before use. Measure 1 drop on a teaspoon and consume directly or add to a cold meal (e.g. salad). Recommended daily dose: 1 drop. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
