Ingredients:  Saw palmetto fruit extract (Serenoa repens) DER 30:1 standardized to 25% fatty acids, common nettle leaf extract (Urtica dioica) DER 10:1 standardized to 1% silica, maca extract (Lepidium meyenii Walp.) DER 4:1, zinc gluconate (zinc), inulin, L-leucine, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. B6, Quali®-B), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. 

Recommended serving:  2 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Directions:  Take 1 capsule with water. Use twice daily.
