Ingredients:  filler: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule shell (gelatin, dye: iron oxides and hydroxides), selenium select® 5000 L-selenomethionine, vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids .

Recommended portion:  Take 1 capsule a day, during a meal, with water.
