ALLNUTRITION MILK THISTLE FORTE is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules based on extracts from milk thistle, artichoke, rosemary and the patented BioPerine® formula to improve the absorption of active ingredients.

Milk thistle (Silybum marianum)  is a plant belonging to the Asteraceae family, originating from the Mediterranean area. In addition to its positive effect on liver function, milk thistle also supports heart function. 

The daily portion of the supplement (1 capsule) contains 125 mg of milk thistle extract standardized to 100 mg of silymarin.

Silymarin action:

Artichoke (Cynara scolymus)  is a plant belonging to the same family as milk thistle. Thanks to its wide range of effects, it is valued in herbalism, among others: it protects the liver, supports digestion and kidney function, and helps maintain proper cholesterol levels. The daily portion of the supplement contains 300 mg of artichoke extract standardized to 15 mg of cynarin.

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)  is a popular plant used as a spice. It contains a number of biologically active compounds such as flavonoids, phenolic acids and terpenes. It has, among others, regulates the body's lipid metabolism and helps reduce the concentration of "bad" LDL cholesterol. Moreover, rosemary protects and regenerates liver cells, and also supports it by reducing the hepatotoxicity of some chemical compounds.  

The daily dose of the supplement contains 200 mg of rosemary extract standardized to 12 mg of rosmarinic acid.

The product is mainly aimed at people who eat heavy meals, whose diet is rich in large amounts of fats, mainly saturated fats, as well as those who constantly take medications that burden the liver, such as antibiotics, painkillers or hormonal drugs.

How to use:  Take 1 capsule a day during a meal with water.
