DESCRIPTION
Ayurvedic tea with turmeric and spices.

PREPARATION METHOD
Add two teaspoons of tea to a liter of boiling water, cook covered for 15-20 minutes. Strain. Add MILK (or its vegan equivalent). You can add sugar/sweetener to taste.
To prepare the "golden milk" drink, use MILK or a plant equivalent instead of water.

WARNING
Contains licorice - people with hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry and cool place.
