Fish collagen Complex Collagenium  is a composition of hydrolyzed fish collagen (2000 Da), hyaluronic acid, coenzyme Q10 and vitamin C. Collagen is a protein found in the human body. 

It is the main component of connective tissue. It is part of the skin, hair, nails, bones and joints. Hyaluronic acid is a key ingredient of the so-called intercellular matrix of the dermis and is the main component of synovial fluid. Coenzyme Q10 is an organic chemical compound found in the body, in the mitochondria of body cells. 

Vitamin C helps in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of skin, blood vessels, cartilage and bones. The composition has been enriched with BioPerine® black pepper extract. Black pepper supports digestion and absorption of nutrients.

Ingredients in a daily portion  (2 capsules)

Hydrolyzed fish skin collagen /    900 mg

Hyaluronic acid /    50 mg

Coenzyme Q10 /    20 mg

Vitamin C /    80 mg  (100% RWS*)

BioPerine® black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum) /    2 mg

Ingredients:  Hydrolyzed collagen (from collagen type I and III) from fish skin (fish), Vcaps® cellulose capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate), coenzyme Q10, BioPerine® - extract from black pepper fruit standardized to 95% piperine.

Recommended daily dose of the product necessary to  obtain the beneficial effect of the product:   Take 2 capsules a day. Drink water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules.

Precautions:  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to lead a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.
