Ingredients: Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin, 5'-deoxyadenosylcobalamin); subst. filling: microcrystalline cellulose; subst. sweeteners: fructose, sorbitol (E420); natural flavors; acidity regulator: citric acid (E330); subst. anti-caking: magnesium salts of fatty acids; emulsifier: soy lecithin.
No allergens or ingredients were used in the production process: wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans and tree nuts. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes ingredients of other products containing these allergens.
How to use: Take 1 tablet a day. Suck or hold in mouth until dissolved and swallow. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to eat a balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle.
