Inositol is found in all cell membranes, with the highest concentrations in the brain and central nervous system, where it plays an important role in neurotransmitter signaling. Inositol is also crucial for the proper functioning of insulin, lipid metabolism and for maintaining cellular calcium balance.

No allergens or ingredients were used in the production process: wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans and tree nuts. Manufactured in a GMP facility that also processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
USE: 1 capsule a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
