Recommended use: Take one tablet daily per food.
Warnings: Vit D3 is not for use by persons under the age of 21. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not consume caffeine, synephrine or thyroid boosting compounds from other sources including, but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine, caffeine or other stimulants. Blaze contains caffeine. Do not use product for more than 8 weeks, follow with a 4 week 'off period'. Consult your physician prior to use if you are using medication including, but not limited to: MAO inhibitors, anti-depressants, aspirin, non-sterodial anti-flammatory drugs or products containing phenylepherine, ephderine, pseudophedrine, phenylethylamine or other stimulants. Consult your physician prior to use if you have any existing medical condition including but not limited to heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrant headaches, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Immiediately discontinue use if you experience dizziness, severve headaches, rapid heartbeat or shortness of breath.
