MCT Oil Pure by NOW® is an odorless oil containing medium chain triglycerides (MCT) - fats naturally occurring in coconut and palm oils. They are digested more easily and faster than other types of fats. They are absorbed directly into the blood vessels of the liver and completely metabolized by the liver. They begin to decompose in the mouth as a result of the action of enzymes, and their complete decomposition is quick and does not require much energy. Numerous studies suggest that replacing other fats with MCT Oil supports a healthy diet and helps maintain a healthy weight and body composition.

Ingredients:

MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides) (from coconut oil/palm kernel oil) (non-GMO). MCT oil contains naturally occurring fatty acids: caprylic acid (C8: 0) and capric acid (C10: 0).

No allergens or ingredients were used in the production process: yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes ingredients of other products containing these allergens.

How to use : At first, take 1 teaspoon daily. You can increase the portion to 1-2 tablespoons. Add to a meal or drink.
