Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or nuts. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
How to use: Mix 1/2 to 1 flat teaspoon (tea) of powder with a glass of water (minimum 230 ml). Add the powder gradually, stirring constantly. Drink the ready drink with a meal, once a day. Pure magnesium citrate may raise the temperature of drinks when dissolving, so a minimum of 230 ml of water must be used to prepare the drink before consuming it.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The preparation is not intended for children. Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctor before using the preparation. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry and cool place out of the reach of small children.
NOTE: The preparation cannot be taken orally in the form of a dry powder and must be dissolved in a minimum of 230 ml of water (in 1 glass). Do not inhale the powder and avoid contact with skin and eyes.
