NOW® Magnesium Citrate has been prepared in the form of a flexible gel capsule, thanks to which the magnesium forms are delivered in a liquid base with chelated forms ensuring higher bioavailability.

Calcium contributes to proper blood clotting; helps in the proper functioning of muscles; maintaining proper nerve conduction; is needed to maintain healthy bones and teeth.

Ingredients: Chemical form of magnesium: magnesium salts of citric acid (citrate), magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium malate; carriers: rice bran oil, soy lecithin, yellow beeswax; gel capsule (gelatin, glycerol, water).
No allergens or ingredients were used in the production process: wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish or crustaceans. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes ingredients of other products containing these allergens.
How to use: Take 3 tablets a day, preferably in divided doses, with a meal.
Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to eat a balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle.
