Ingredients: Vitamin D3 (in the form of cholecalciferol), calcium (from calcium carbonate and citrate), magnesium (from magnesium oxide and citrate), zinc (from zinc oxide), gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, calcium carbonate, water), oil rice bran, yellow beeswax and soy lecithin.
No allergens or ingredients were used in the production process: sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, mussels, crustaceans or preservatives.
Daily intake: 1 capsule 3 times a day.
