How to use: 1 sachet a day (37g/38g) - mix with 200-250 ml of milk or water, shake or blend. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and proper lifestyle are important for the functioning of the human body. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
