PURPOSE:
Ginkgo biloba helps maintainand cognitive functions that weaken with age .
Bacopa monnieri may have an effect on improving short- and long-term memory and may also help increase concentration. Bacopa moniera may help relieve and prevent stress and may support healthy sleep. In addition, it supports peripheral microcirculation, which is related to brain performance .
