Other ingredients:  capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose / chlorophyllin), starch, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), silicon dioxide; carrier: dicalcium phosphate, emulsifier: microcrystalline cellulose.

How to use:  Take 1 capsule daily with meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Note: Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended for people with high blood calcium levels. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test results with a doctor or pharmacist. The product is intended for a healthy population of adults up to 75 years of age. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
