How to use: Take 1 capsule once a day with a meal.

Recommended daily dose: The recommended daily portion (1 capsule) contains (reference intake %):
Vitamin A (RE) - 800 µg (100%)
Vitamin D (D3) - 50 µg (1,000%) / 2,000 IU
Vitamin E (α-TE ) - 250 mg (2083%)
Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) - 100 µg (133%).
IU – International Unit (1 µg = 40 IU) I α-TE – D-alpha-tocopherol equivalent | RE- retinol equivalent.
Ingredients: Vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol), beef gelatin, MCT oil (from coconut), humectant: glycerol, vitamin K2 (menaquinone), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol from lanolin).
Storage: Protect from light, store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily portion for consumption during the day. The product should not be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women without medical consultation. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. We recommend a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Before using a product containing vitamin D, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist. It is not recommended to consume more than 50 µg of vitamin D/day from various sources. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol).
