Ingredients:
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate (MgCl2 x 6H2O)
How to use:
For external use, only after dissolving in water. For a foot bath, dissolve the contents of the package in 2 litres of warm water. Soak your feet once a day for 15 minutes. Upon contact with irritated skin, it may cause burning.
