Ingredients:  Fish collagen hydrolyzate (VERISOL®, hydrolyzed collagen type I and III), creatine monohydrate, lyophilized mango, acidity regulator: citric acid, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C, Quali®-C), flavors, hyaluronic acid, sweetener: sucralose, ubiquinone (coenzyme Q10, natural from corn glucose), D-biotin (vitamin B7, Quali®-B).

Directions for use: Open one sachet. Pour the entire contents into a glass and add 250 ml of water or other liquid. Mix thoroughly and consume.

Contains sweetener (sucralose). Daily intake of creatine can enhance the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in adults over 55 years of age. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine in combination with resistance training that allows for gradual increase of load and which should be performed at least three times a week for several weeks, where the training intensity must be at least 65-75% of the maximum single load. The product is intended for adults over 55 years of age who perform regular resistance training. The maximum single load means the maximum weight that a person can lift or the maximum force that they can exert in one repetition. It should be remembered that a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are very important and recommended. Do not use in case of allergies to any of the ingredients of the supplement. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
