Recommended use: Take FIVE (5) tablets THREE (3) to SIX (6) times daily. For best results take FIVE (5) to TEN (10) tablets 20 minutes prior to exercise or competition, and immediately after. Athletes may take up to TEN (10) tablets per serving up to six (6) times daily, at least TWO and a HALF (2.5) hours apart.
