Recommended daily dose necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: 2 tablets a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.

48 mg EGCG/ serving (2 tablets). Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg or more of (-) epigallocatechin-3-gallate. Do not consume if you consume other products containing green tea on the same day. The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
