Ingredients:  Whole hemp seed oil, lanolin cholecalciferol, rosemary extract (natural preservative).

Directions:  Take 1 drop once daily with a meal. Shake well before use. Any sediment in the bottle is due to the use of natural extracts. This does not affect the quality or properties of the product.
