Ingredients: hemp oil, d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), menaquinone (K2mk7).

Contraindications:  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Children under 10 years of age: consult a doctor. Children under 3 years of age: do not use. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Consult your doctor if you are taking other products containing vitamin A or E, cholestyramine, oral anticoagulants, iron supplements, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Directions:  Shake well before use. Use the dropper to measure 4 drops per teaspoon and consume directly during or immediately after breakfast.
