Recommended daily intake : Dissolve 1 scoop of powder (6.6 g) in 300-400 ml of water or juice and drink 20 minutes before or 1-2 hours after a meal containing protein or fat. As a support for physical effort, you can consume an additional portion (1 scoop) 30 minutes before the planned workout. For a better taste, it is recommended to chill in the refrigerator and shake in a shaker before consumption. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
