Recommended daily dose:  1 scoop of powder (6.6 g) should be dissolved in 300–400 ml of water or other drink. Drink 20 minutes before or 1–2 hours after a meal rich in protein or fat. Physically active people can consume an additional portion (1 scoop) 30 minutes before a planned workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is recommended to store the prepared drink, e.g. in a shaker, in the refrigerator. Shake before consumption.

Warnings:  Do not consume in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
