Ingredients:  Cranberries, emulsifier: soybean oil, soy lecithin, locust bean gum, capsule shell: gelatin, humectant: glycerol, beeswax, purified water, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide. Contains soy.

How to use:  One capsule 1-2 times a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
