Ingredients:  Vitamin D - cholecalciferol, carrier: linseed oil, capsule shell: gelatin, humectant: glycerol, purified water. Contains sulphites.

Directions for use:  One capsule daily with food. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
