Ingredients: Royall Jelly, medium-chain triglyceride oil (from coconut or palm oil), capsule shell: gelatin, humectant: glycerol, carrier: yellow beeswax, purified water, antioxidant: sunflower lecithin. Contains sulfites and coconut.
How to use: One capsule 1-2 times a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
