Ingredients:  NutraFlora scFOS (short-chain fructo-oligosaccharides), bifidobacterium lactis (1 billion CFU), vegetarian capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; emulsifier: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel (plant fiber); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

Note:  The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

How to use:  Take 2 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
