Superba™ Antarctic krill oil  contains Omega-3 acids in the form of phospholipids, mainly phosphatidylcholine. This ingredient, a form of lecithin, is a very important nutritional element for brain cells. In order for phospholipids to be properly processed, they must be bound to the appropriate type of fat. 

Such fat is Omega-3 acid (DHA and EPA). After absorption, phosphatidylcholine is absorbed into cell membranes and participates in the transport of fatty acids in the blood. Additionally, Krill Oil Superba™ contains Astaxanthin, one of the strongest antioxidants, which is necessary to maintain the optimal level of Omega-3 fatty acids.
