Ingredients: Myo-inositol, Vcaps® cellulose capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, BioPerine® - black pepper fruit extract standardized to 95% piperine.
Recommended daily dose of the product necessary to obtain a beneficial effect of the product: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Drink water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.
