Electrolytes are a set of minerals such as potassium, calcium, sodium, and magnesium that maintain the electrolyte fluid balance in the body at the appropriate level.

This product is designed for athletes, physically active individuals, and anyone who needs to quickly replenish lost electrolytes to support the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system. Furthermore, the magnesium contained in the electrolytes helps reduce fatigue.

The hypotonic effect of  ALLHydrate  electrolytes results from the fact that their osmolarity is lower than that of body fluids, thanks to which the water contained in them passes more easily through the cell wall towards a solution with higher osmolarity.

The osmolarity of all body fluids is in the range of 280–295 mOsm.

Each batch of ALLHydrate is tested in the laboratory with an osmometer, which compares changes in the physicochemical properties of solutions, which allows us to optimize the osmolarity parameter.

A solution with low osmolarity has fewer solute particles per liter of solution, while a solution with high osmolarity has more solute particles per liter of solution. When solutions of different osmolarity are separated by a membrane that allows water but not other solutes to pass through, water will move from the lower osmolarity side to the higher osmolarity side.

ALLHydrate electrolytes have a lower osmolarity than body fluids, therefore they have a HYPOTONIC effect (they increase cell hydration).

ALLHydrate  is the first electrolyte product on the market to contain a natural source of sodium: natural rock salt from the Kłodawa mine (non-iodized). The elements found in Kłodawa salt are easily absorbed and support the proper functioning of the human body. These elements are of natural origin and were formed by precipitation from seawater approximately 257-252 million years ago. Thanks to traditional methods of fragmentation, the salt retains its properties.

Rock salt from Kłodawa contains nutrients essential for the proper functioning of the human body. These include primarily macronutrients: Ca, Mg, Na, Cl, and S, as well as micronutrients: Fe, I, Cr, Se, Cu, Zn, and Mn.

 Rock salt contains substances (approx. 2%) that are sparingly soluble in water and may be visible in the finished solution, but it dissolves in the digestive acid environment.

Ingredients:  Kłodawska non-iodized rock salt containing sodium and chlorides, potassium citrate (potassium), magnesium citrate (magnesium), anhydrous caffeine, calcium lactate (calcium), calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid (phosphorus), acidity regulator: citric acid, natural lemon flavor with other natural flavors, natural color: safflower extract, sucralose.

Recommended daily dose:  one serving 6.9 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Directions:  Dissolve a serving of electrolytes (6.9 g = 3 scoops) in 1 L of lukewarm water. Shake well before use. The amount of water can be increased in the case of low physical activity or modified to suit your taste preferences. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
