The NOW Foods brand complex is a combination of 800 mcg of folic acid, i.e. vitamin B9, and 25 mcg of vitamin B12 in the form of cyanocobalamin with high stability and therefore good absorption.

• Folic acid – otherwise known as vitamin B9. Folic acid is very important for the development of the fetus - its appropriate amount allows for the proper formation of the neural tube. Additionally, folic acid affects the functioning of the digestive system, stimulates the formation of new red blood cells and protects the body against certain cancers.
• Vitamin B12 – contributes to the proper functioning of the immune and nervous systems, the formation of red blood cells, homocysteine ​​and energy metabolism. Additionally, the appropriate level of cobalamin reduces the feeling of fatigue.
