NOW TMG contains a standardized Beta vulgaris beet root extract. Betaine contributes to maintaining normal homocysteine levels.
TMG (trimethylglycine) , i.e. anhydrous betaine, is known for its ability to facilitate methylation processes.

It is also an important step in the transformation of homocysteine, a harmful amino acid, into a more friendly amino acid - methionine. Ingredients: beet root extract (TMG); filler - microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent - stearic acid, magnesium stearate; stabilizer and solubilizing agent: croscarmellose sodium.
THE PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN: wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans or nuts.
Directions for use: Adults 2 tablets 2 times a day with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet. Store in a cool place, out of the reach of small children.
