How to use: Take 2 capsules in the morning, before breakfast, with warm, boiled water or tea (glass = 200 ml). Another 2 capsules in the evening, before dinner, also
with boiled warm water or tea (glass = 200 ml). The product is intended for adults. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (4 capsules). A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body. Supplementation cannot replace a properly balanced diet.
