The recommended daily dose is 1 ml, which corresponds to approximately 1030 mg of the product.
Shake well before use.
To obtain the beneficial effect of the product, measure 1 ml onto the teaspoon included in the package.
It should be consumed during or immediately after breakfast to ensure optimal absorption of the active ingredients.

- At too low temperatures, the natural feature of the product is that vitamin E precipitates.
- A typical characteristic of oil at low temperatures is its thickening, clouding, and precipitation. This effect can occur in our product if the external temperature is below 17 degrees Celsius.
- DO NOT keep the product in the refrigerator or cold places.
- Store in the kitchen (higher temperature), preferably in a shaded place or in a cupboard
- If you notice any suspended particles in the product, simply place the closed bottle in a cup of warm water and wait about 10-20 minutes. The product will return to its normal structure as it warms.
