To obtain the beneficial effect of the product, measure 1 flat scoop of powder (5 ml = 1.75 g of powder), pour 100 ml of warm, boiled water, stirring simultaneously to form a suspension, which should be drunk quickly, without waiting for sediment to form.
It is recommended to consume it in the morning, with breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are fundamental to the proper functioning of the body. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Inside the package there is a plastic measuring cup with a capacity of 5 ml.
