Ingredients:
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), quercetin from Japanese pearl extract (Sophora japonica), glycine (acidum aminoaceticum), iron from iron fumarate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), piperine from black pepper extract
(Piper nigrum), manganesemanganese gluconate, calcium methyl folate (folic acid-Vitamin B9), methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12), chromium picolinate chromium, molybdenum sodium molybdate, bulking agent - maltodextrin,
anti-caking agent - silicon dioxide. Capsule-building substance - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Usage:
Consume 1 capsule in the morning, during breakfast, with a glass (min 200 ml) of water or tea. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (1 capsule). Remember the importance of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
