Ingredients:  Maltodextrin ( stabilizer), I-choline bitartrate, orange , inositol, L-carnitine fumarate , orange fruit flavor , thiamine mononitrate, 2 % d-biotin, calcium d-pantothenate, niacin / acid amide nicotinic acid, steviol glycosides (sweetener), riboflavin, pyridoxal 5-phosphate, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), niacin / nicotinic acid, methylcobalamin 1%, p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), glucosamine salt of (65) -5-methyltetrahydrofolate (Quatrefolic). Dietary supplement contains sweeteners (stew). 

Inside the package there is a plastic measuring cup with a capacity of 5 ml. 

Directions for use: Measure out 1 level scoop of powder (5 ml = 3.2 g of powder) and pour 100 ml of warm, boiled water while stirring. Consume in the morning, during breakfast and in the evening, during dinner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (2 scoops = 6.4 g). Remember the importance of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
