Indian frankincense and white willow help maintain joint flexibility. Ashwagandha
root has adaptogenic and antioxidant properties, supports the body in maintaining resistance to external factors, and helps protect cells against oxidation.
Vitamin E and manganese also contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
Manganese additionally helps in the proper formation of connective tissues and maintaining healthy bones.

RECOMMENDED DAILY SERVING:
Adults, 1 capsule twice a day, after meals, with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
