RECOMMENDED DAILY SERVING:
Adults, 1 portion (measuring measure), i.e. 3 g of powder per day, dissolve in 200 ml of water or other drink (it is best to pour it in and leave to dissolve for 20 minutes without stirring). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the preparation.
